How EntryPoint supports this workflow

EntryPoint brings visitor registration, reception coordination, employee host selection, approval status, notifications, secure visitor records, and operational reporting into one cloud-based workplace platform. It is designed for reception, facilities, workplace operations, administration, and security teams that need a clearer alternative to disconnected forms and paper registers.

EntryPoint service terms

By creating or using an EntryPoint workspace, the person acting for the customer confirms they are authorised to accept the service terms for that organisation.

Trial and paid service

An eligible new workspace can evaluate EntryPoint for 30 days. Signup does not request a card or automatically charge a paid plan. Plan scope, currency, taxes, capacity, provider charges, support, and any special requirements are agreed with RGX Apps before purchase. A plan selected during signup records evaluation intent and is not a purchase order.

Customer responsibilities

The customer is responsible for lawful visitor policies, notices and consents, retention choices, employee access, physical security decisions, safeguarding, emergency procedures, and the information entered into EntryPoint. EntryPoint must not be used for unlawful surveillance, harassment, discrimination, harmful activity, or collection the customer has no right to perform.

Accounts and provider-dependent workflows

Customers must protect login credentials and report suspected misuse. Email, SMS, calendar, webhook, and other provider-dependent workflows may require separate configuration and are subject to provider rules and availability.

Data and product ownership

Customer and visitor information remains subject to the customer's instructions and applicable privacy arrangements. EntryPoint software, branding, interface, documentation, and product materials remain the property of RGX Apps or their licensors.

Ending use and contact

Customers can discuss export, deletion, ending a workspace, contractual privacy terms, or paid service by contacting info@rgxapps.com. Organisation-specific written agreements take priority where they expressly conflict with these general terms.
